CAMP DATES:
MONDAY-THURSDAY JULY 27-30, 2026

TUITION
Resident fees include dorms (triples for students, singles for advisers), meals, activities, and a camp packet and t-shirt. All dorm rooms have air conditioning and an in-suite bathroom. Commuter fees include lunch and dinner.

Resident students $625 (triple occupancy room and all meals included)
Resident advisers $725 (single occupancy room and all meals included)
Commuter advisers and students $475 (lunch & dinner included each day)

Registration deadline is April 15, 2026. Because of our financial obligations to the University, we cannot issue refunds after June 1, 2026, but you can switch your registration to another student at your school.

HOW TO REGISTER
SCHOOL [AND ADVISER] REGISTRATION
Advisers: Register yourself and your school HERE. Please register your school FIRST so we know how many students to expect and what payment arrangements need to be made. You can direct students to register themselves AFTER you complete the school registration.

PLEASE NOTE OUR ATTENDANCE LIMITATIONS.
To make sure students from the same school are all staying together, we can do triple occupancy rooms for them. There are no single rooms for students, so if a single boy or girl attends from a school, they will be paired up with someone from another school.
We ask that advisers attend with their editors to that your group is united in concept and execution! Please limit attendance to your key editors (no more than eight) so that we can accommodate every school interested in coming to the workshop. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
Attendance restrictions only apply to residents. We will open up more spaces, if they are available, after April 15.

Schools may pay by CHECK. An invoice will be sent from our office after you complete the school registration. Because of our financial obligations to the University, all registrations must be paid in full by June 1, 2026.

STUDENT REGISTRATION
Make sure your adviser has registered your SCHOOL FIRST.
Register for camp HERE. Once you complete the registration form, you can pay any fees you are sending directly to MOD Yearbooks through Zelle or Venmo. Payment must be made within 10 days of registration to avoid cancellation. ZELLE: morth@varsity,com
